We present Villa Eva, a fantastic Villa with a luxurious modern and minimalist design of 262m2 and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a luxury experience in Tenerife.

The villa features a heated swimming pool, private lift connecting all floors, gas barbecue area and terraces with sea views. 4 bedrooms with large windows that bring in natural light, air conditioning and Smart TV. 3 bathrooms with shower and the master bedroom bathroom (en suite) with shower and bathtub, elegant living room with TV area with access to the terrace and pool. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and other utensils for a perfect stay. On the ground floor we have the 4th bedroom with en suite bathroom, the laundry room, access to the lift and the private garage for 2 cars (with direct access to the villa by stairs or lift).

The villa is distributed over 2 floors plus the basement and terraces both around the house and in each bedroom. On the upper floor we have 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. On the first floor, the third bedroom with its bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the terrace and pool area. On the ground floor we have the 4th bedroom with en-suite bathroom, laundry room and private garage for 2 cars.

The company is not responsible for any disturbance caused by construction work in the vicinity of the reserved villa and is therefore exempt from any responsibility to compensate or relocate guests for this reason. Located in the new residential area of Rokabella, very close to Callao Salvaje and 1.2km from Ajabo Beach. Close to restaurants, leisure areas in the south of Tenerife and 30km from Tenerife South Airport.

House Rules:

A security deposit of €500, £500, or $500 is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure after inspection of the property.

Cribs: One crib is allowed, subject to availability (please inquire before confirming your reservation).

Minimum booking age: 25 years old.

Smoking is not permitted in the property.

Parties, bachelor/ette parties, events, or celebrations that cause disturbances are prohibited.

Quiet Hours: Guests are asked to keep quiet between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Pets are not allowed.

Requests for early arrival (before 3:00 PM), early departure (before 8:00 AM), late arrival (after 9:00 PM), and late departure (after 12:00 PM) may incur an additional charge. These requests are subject to availability.
