We present Villa Larisa, a fantastic Villa with a luxurious avant-garde design of 217m2 and fully equipped with all the necessary comforts for a luxury experience in Tenerife.

Fully equipped kitchen with drinking water filter, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and other utensils for a perfect stay. On the ground floor we have the laundry room and private garage for 2 cars and direct access to the villa.

The villa is located in the new residential area of Rokabella, very close to Callao Salvaje and 1.2 km from Ajabo beach. Close to restaurants, leisure areas in the south of Tenerife and 30km from Tenerife South Airport.

We inform you that a new phase of villas is being built near the Villa, so this construction occasionally generates noise during business hours. This construction is not our company's responsibility and is beyond our control.

Our company is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by construction work near the reserved Villa and is therefore exempt from any responsibility to compensate or relocate guests for this reason. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

House Rules:

A security deposit of €500, £500, or $500 is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure after inspection of the property.

Extra Beds: No extra beds are available.

Cribs: One crib is allowed, subject to availability (please inquire before confirming your reservation).

Minimum booking age: 25 years old.

Smoking is not permitted in the property.

Parties, bachelor/ette parties, events, or celebrations that cause disturbances are prohibited.

Quiet Hours: Guests are asked to keep quiet between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Pets are not allowed.

Requests for early arrival (before 3:00 PM), early departure (before 8:00 AM), late arrival (after 9:00 PM), and late departure (after 12:00 PM) may incur an additional charge. These requests are subject to availability.
